Guntur, Krishna & Nellore: 7 crores NRA
According to the latest reports coming in from Trade sources, NTR`s Dhammu was also sold out for 3 South Andhra Territories of Guntur, Krishna & Nellore. The Rights were snapped up by Vijayawada`s Bakery Prasad for 7 Crores NRA. Prasad already has distribution set up in Krishna ( Alankar Films ) & Guntur ( Sri Charan Films ) and distributed many films in the past.
Ceeded :7.22 crores NRA
The Ceeded area rights of NTR-Boyapati`s Dhammu have been snapped up for 7.22 Crores NRA. Bellary Sai & NV Prasad have bagged the film for this important area where NTR is pretty strong. The latest we here is that, they`ve already sold Kadapa District for 1.456 Cr to Koduru Madhu. All the above prices doesn`t include prints costs.
Ceeded area comprises of the 4 districts of Rayala Seema ( Kadapa, Chittoor, Anathapur & Kurnool ), Western Prakasam & Bellary( of Karnataka). 7.22Cr here is the 2nd biggest rate after the 9-10cr Shakti.
UA : 3.6 crores
Vizag area rights of NTR`s Dhammu have been baggeed by Bharath Pictures as expected. The film has fetched around 3.6Cr here which also includes prints & publicity.
East : 2.07 crores
West : 1.90 crores
Karnataka : 2.5 crores
Karnataka rights have gone to a new one, Kuberan Pictures for an undisclosed sum but a highest ever for the territory, might be around 2.5 Crores.
Overseas : 2.1 Crores
FICUS which distributed some Biggest hits for Overseas in the past including Robo & Dookudu has acquired NTR`s Dhammu for 2.1Cr . More Details are awaited.
