Once the recent pictures of Sunil revealed his six pack body, rumors started spreading that he used steroids to build that physique. When we brought up these rumors to one of the state level bodybuilder/coach to find out how much truth is in these rumors, he laughed at us and ridiculed the rumors.
As per him, steroids are not magic pills that can turn you from a fat guy to fit guy overnight. They just assist in achieving the target physique, but all efforts need to be put in order to get that physique. A person has to work-out to his best, maintain proper diet, and take enough rest and sleep to build muscle and loose fat. Sunil has been doing all these continuously for last three years to turn himself from an obese guy to a perfectly shaped six pack hero. Taking any credit away from Sunil and giving it to steroids, is just not right.
