Tollywood actor Sarva is all upbeat and excited about his upcoming release,Engaeyum Eppodhum,which has him sharing screenspace with Jai,Anjali and Ananya.
Talking about how he landed the role,Sarva says,I was in Chennai for a few days when I happened to meet Saravanan,the director.We spoke and the next thing I know,he offered me a part in Engaeyum Eppodhum.I was so drawn by the script that it still runs in my head.
It was an amazing experience, says the actor,adding that it allowed him to explore a lot more in terms as an actor.I play an IT professional.But the beauty of the film lies in the fact that despite narrating the stories of different individuals,the characters dont drive the film;the situations and circumstances do, he explains,Engaeyum Eppodhum does not follow any formulas and neither is it completely cinematic.The people and instances are something that you can relate to.I can confidently say that the fine points that weve touched upon in the film have never before been attempted in Indian cinema.
